Farm tour and Premiere of new marimba dance band Nizami.

Tom Kendall takes you on a 3 hour permaculture educational experience, showing the interconnecting systems on the Kendall Permaculture Farm and explaining how they work and interconnect. Animal systems, biogas, water management systems, composting and much more. Join Tom on this tour from 1.30pm – 4.30pm at the Kendall Permaculture Farm.
Nizami is a new local marimba dance band!
Joyful dance music in genres ranging from Latin to Gypsy, Disco to Techno, Funk to House with a bit of Jazz and Swing thrown in… This 5 piece gets your boody movin’!
Nizami consists of marimba players Zaia Kendall, Nikki Berry and Michelle Dorendahl, with Gary Ward on Bass and Duncan MacQueen on kit.
Marimbas are happy and warm sounding instruments and the driving, upbeat rhythms cannot help but get your feet moving. This original, high energy, joyful music will make you dance and smile for hours! Come and be Nizami with us!

Bookings for personal attendance are essential! Tour, afternoon tea, band and dinner are all by donation (pay what you can afford), to make it affordable for everyone. Donations for the band are distributed to its members and the sound & lights person. Donations for afternoon tea, dinner and the farm tour go towards running not for profit organisation PermEco Inc.
