Food boxes direct from the farm!

Syntropic section market garden for food boxes

ORDER NOW!

We did a call out for locals on facebook for interest in food boxes, and the response was so overwhelming we decided to try and run a regular food box delivery. We ask for your patience whilst we are finding our feet with this new venture!

With the Syntropic market garden flourishing, we have too much produce to handle. We have been able to sell some to shops and restaurants, but we still have so much, we need to move more produce. As we are guided by what grows in this climate and in the season we are in, the boxes will vary regularly. At this stage we are starting with simple $25 boxes, but we are hoping to be able to add a larger variety to the boxes in the future.

Our boxes are picked in the morning, packed and delivered straight away. Direct from the farm to you on Tuesday. We do not use artificial fertilisers, chemicals or sprays, all produce is organic, although not certified. We rely on plant diversity and healthy soil to deter pests. You may find some insects in your box, as we do not spray they are happy to be there, and as there is such a large variety of plants they usually do not do much, if any, damage.

By buying our food boxes, you will be supporting research, education and training into regenerative agricultural practices, soil health and soil building, as well as supporting the objectives of the not for profit organisation (please see our home page for our objectives).

We are attempting to stream line the box delivery process by dropping off our food boxes at a central delivery point in an area (such as Dhom’s Kitchen in Cooroy, opposite the pub). We now can drop off boxes at Pomona Ag Supplies for customers from Pomona and Cooran. We are still after locations in Eumundi, Doonan and Noosa where we can drop off food boxes as a central pick up point. If you can help, please let us know by emailing info@permeco.org.

Boxes will be dropped off on Tuesdays in Pomona, Cooroy and Eumundi. We will drop off in Doonan and Noosa if there are at least 2 people in each location.
If you are in the Kin Kin area you can pick up your box from the Kendall Permaculture Farm, 93 Golden Gully Road on Wednesday afternoons from 3 – 5pm.

If you have any suggestions or comments, please contact us by emailing info@permeco.org.
Thanks so much for your support!
